Using This Site
These terms take effect the moment you land on the TicTac Relocation site or kick off an estimate or reservation. Reading these pages or scheduling our crew counts as agreeing to them.
What This Page Is
Read it as plain background on how our moving service runs. On its own it isn’t a contract — the signed estimate and bill of lading that travel with your move are what actually govern it.
Pricing and Booking
- A quote turns on the room count, what’s coming along, how reachable each end’s doorways are, and the dates you pick
- Local work bills hourly or on a written flat rate, both starting from a one-hour minimum
- Put down a $100 deposit and it’s credited to the final invoice, holding your date
- If move-day reality differs from what you described, we talk through any change before it’s applied
Protection and Claims
| Coverage | In brief |
|---|---|
| Released value | Standard on every move, sixty cents a pound on each item |
| Full-value protection | Optional for a fee, insuring cargo to a million dollars a shipment |
| Deposit | Books the date, later credited to the balance |
| Balance | Settled when the crew wraps up |
Anything gone missing or harmed? Get it to us in writing within the window Washington law and your moving contract allow, and we’ll walk you through the claim from there.
